Man drowns in Kincaid boat accident

A 24 year old volunteer fireman drowned in Kincaid Lake yesterday when his boat tipped over,another passenger swam to shore,neither were wearing PDF's!

Terrrible situation.

As I recall this lake is no wider then a big pond, so itis probably a good lesson to all that think they can swim for it in the event of an emergency without a PDF.
