Kincaid Lake

i was thinking of going to Kincaid this sunday to do some fishing but i have not been there since the spring. I was wondering if anyone has been there lately and if it is worth going? I will report when i get back if i go. I might go to brookville instead but don't know how the fishing has been there either. Thanks in advance.

Fished small tournament there Sept 30. from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. It was a slow day on the water. We had two keepers just over 12 inches. Tournament was won with 1 fish a little over two pounds. We and others caught them on white spinners baits fished just slow enough to keep the blade turning. A couple guys had a lot of short fish on lipless cranks. Talked to a guy that had also been there the day before and "You should have been here yesterday we weree catching alot of good fish on what ever you wanted to through spinner baits cranks and even buzz baits in the middle of the day" I had a few hits on a yum buzz frog but no hook ups. I did see the same person catch one about 19" on a buzz bait about 11:30. Most fished were around main lake points across from the park and campground. Hope this helps.

thanks for the help but i did not get a chance to read your post until after i had went. I was there sunday morning and we had 8 fish. I had one that was around 2 1/4 and my buddy had one pushing 2. We caught fish all over but not one on a point. Most were caught on a worm. We had 2 on jigs and one on a spinnerbait.
