Lower unit Work??

Does anyone do any Lower unit work on the side?? I need a prop shaft replace in a 1998 Evinrude Intruder 175. Thanks Joe

I'm looking for someone too, I need a skeg repaired. I broke off a chunk and would like a new piece welded on.

I don't know if you'd be interested and I don't personally know the guy, but over on the BBC website there is a guy in Tennessee, I think his username is gearcaseman or gearcaseeddie i'm not sure, but everyone over there seems high in his work or lower units.

If you are around the Louisville area try Doug Meyer. He goes by Onemorecast on this board. He is in Shepherdsville. He do it for you at a very reasonable price.

get you book and do it yourself,since the new syle doesn't have the heavy split rings holding in the bearing carrier it is a pretty easy job if you can fix things.
just don't throw it all on the ground in a pile..i got to fix mine it is bent too.
