21ssExtreme ---try this one but I thought there was a better one ...

I'm told DH lake temp was 66.5 at noon on Saturday, 27 October if that helps... the website posted doesn't seem to have the correct temp but does list a few numbers to call the Resource Manager though...tight lines

    Re: Dale Hollow link

Hello all,new to this board. I am thinking of coming to Dale Hollow for a week starting 11/10. I keep reading about how the low water is starting to close boat ramps. How bad is the situation and how likly is this to cause us problems by that week ? Probaly will stay at Cedar Hill, which is also near Pleasant Grove ramp. I Just have a 16.5 aluminum Lund Rebel- V 40Hp ,can usually launch in about 1.8ft water.

    Re: Dale Hollow link

Just spent last week there and it's a lil' tough.
The ramps at Pleasent Grove and Holly Creek are useable but, be careful at the ends of the ramps due to drop offs.
Temps are still 70 during the day so this cool front should get them going cause they are spotty at the moment.
Managed some decent 3 and 4's on shiners.
    Like I said...it's tough.

    Re: Dale Hollow link

Pleasant grove is open with no problem getting the boat off or on. Cedar Hill ramp is open but should be closed. They need to add rock at the end of the ramp at Cedar Hill. Pleasant Grove has added rock.
Fishing was tough this past week. Used toughies and drifted through bait fish. Most fish were hanging out at the mouths of coves or small deep inlets. Caught a few on smoke color grubs. We drifted with about 50yds of line out behind the boat. Stay in 36 to 66ft of water. Water temp was 65-66. good luck
