Are the the little docks out of the water at either the dam or mid lake ramps? Haven't been in about 3 weeks and its killing me. How about water temp?

Two weeks ago, the dock at one of the mid lake ramps looked like it had partially collapsed.

I was there last Sat. and there were no useable docks in the water.

Granted this was my first time there but from the looks of things exposed it seemed to be down about 5-6 feet.

Lake is down 7' and still droping as of this past Saturday, all the docks are out of the water, Water temps ran 61 on the main lake and 59 in the back of the creeks.

I talked with F&W yesterday. 7 feet is all they are going to take out of the lake. the valve has been shut. they will maintain that level until spring.

Is there any word if they are going to extend the ramps, and is the purpose of the draw-down to kill some shad this winter?

From what I heard it is to kill the grass along edges. I was there last Sat. and never saw any baitfish at all. Is there any in there?

That grass can not be killed--it did not kill it the last time the lake was down for the luxury beach that they put in lol--i heard a lot of different reasons why they pulled it this time--so IM really tired of hearing about it ill fish what i got when i get their--- GL to us all
