Newburgh and Uniontown Dams

Is access to the Newburgh dam still available from the Kentucky shore? Can you access the Kentucky side of the Uniontown dam from the Kentucky shore and, if so, would someone mind providing directions? Finally, is it worthwhile to fish the two dams on foot from these locations with something like a twister tail jig or Little George? Thanks.

Yes, you can access to the Newburgh dam from the Kentucky shore. Quite a few guys fish off the wing wall on the Kentucky side. Don't know about Uniontown.
