Yesterday the guide i spoke with got a 50$tip had lots of good luck on smallies, he uses live bait and bottom fished, I had a 7-8 fish after a half day on live bait on the bottom & one drifting shad. All my fish were 25 ft plus but not real close to deep deep water not channel banks. but the pts paid off, and have for 2 weeks now, pts that is

Three questions. Did you catch your fish in Kentuckty? If so, Illwill or Sulfur?
I'm guessing shiners?

caught on shad, toward star point on the obey, what may be more important was the depth, find you some sort walls maybe 100yard stretch with coves fish the points in 25 ft plus water has worked for us for weeks now
