Me and a buddy are heading to laurel tom. anybody heard how the fish are biting. Probally slow. Anyone know a good spot for crappie? I'll post how we did when I get back. Might not get to go supposed to rain.

I've not been down there in about a week, it was slow then, actually too windy that day to fish, anyhow I know a couple of fellas that do pretty good on the crappie up in the head of craigs creek, and some that do well up in the river around 312 and above.

Thanks for the info, didnt get to go bc of the rain. had a buddy go later in the day and done pretty good on the smallies. It was up towards big branch. He fished the points, but going tuesday if the weather permits. Give feedback then.
