Can you launch at Hendricks Cr or Sulfur Cr @ this water level

Just wondering if you can launch now at this level. Are they any better than State Dock?

Hendricks boat ramp has really two ramps and one single deeper ramp that everyone uses in the winter. I have inquired a few times this winter to make sure it was usuable and everyone has insured me that it was. Sulfur Creek may or may not be usuable, I do know the last time I was down there it was really shallow and I would say the lake is lower now than what it was then. Then you have to park 75 yards away from where you launch at. Hendricks would probably be you best bet.
