Everyone,
I placed an order with www.CarlsonTackle.com who is owned by Erie Derie Lure's back in Oct. 07 for some floating tube jigs. I called back around Dec 4th or 5th to inquire about the order. The lady who answered the phone said she would check on the order, seems my order was on back order for a certain color I ordered. I said ok I would wait. Carlson Tackle called back to say they could subsitute the color I wanted with a different color if I liked. I said sure and waited for two weeks to receive the order. I still had not received the order, so I called back and asked for a refund of my money. The lady who always answered the phone, kept saying she would tell (Rick) and have him send me my refund. I called back again around Jan 4th to check the status of my refund. The same lady said she gave the info to ( Rick ) again and he had not gotten my refund processed yet. So I called back the following Monday and inquired again about my refund....The same lady again answered the phone and said yes, she knew who I was and that (Rick) had not gotten my refund done yet. I said ok, I would wait for my refund, I made the call last Monday on the 22nd of Jan. 2008.
So today I called again and checked on the status and the same lady answered the phone again... I asked about my refund that has been requested now for over 3 weeks and she had my name and address on a slip of paper attached to something in her office. I mentioned that the untimely refund seemed to me to be bad business. She replied something back to me and I then stated that I was a member of several Fishing Web sites, and that I would gladly pass on their lack of customer satisfaction. The lady then practically screamed into the phone "Well go ahead and do it, see if I care"
I then hung up the phone and am now on the PC reporting this info to everyone I can. I don't know if I'll ever get my refund, but at least I'm passing on the event to you all.
