White bass in cumberalnd

Whats up with the white bass in Cland. Are they coming back or not. If not why?

even if they did, i'd be in my grave before they became a viable fishery!A couple of years ago for some reason they were gathered at the dam, most of them ran about 8 to 9 inches.One day i must have caught and threw back 30, a couple of times during that period, i saw guys with stringers full of them, and then folks ask where they went?
