If you're talking about the lake, we had a tournament there on the 29th of March. Water was stained to muddy for most of the main lake. Butler creek had good color. In Robinson, you kept the mud almost to where the standing timber starts up in the creek. If you go up towards the river, water was heavily stained to muddy to Holmes Bend, stained from there up to the bridge, and looked fairly good past the bridge.

As for water temps, we saw surface temps that saturday from 49F - 52F. Cooler water was in the main lake, warmer up the river and up in Robinson. I think the backs of some of the larger creeks may have been on the warmer side, but I'm not sure about that.
