Bullock Pen, Elmer Davis, Kinkaid

Just curious if anyone is having any luck up here at Bullock Pen, Elmer Davis or Kinkaid yet?

I fished Williamstown last week and it was extremely muddy, water was up about 5 ft. Not much luck either. Northern Ky can be tough in the spring (at least for me)
