mercury 175 efi and 200 efi (ranger boats)

test drove two different rangers today.one was a 2000 model r-83 (merc 175efi) the other a 2000 r-93(merc 200efi) both boats ran awsome.looking for comments on the merc efi engines(good or bad)and also comments on the r model rangers.thank you

You cant go wrong with a newer (or older) Mercury. My boat of preference is a Ranger. If you can afford a new one all the better.

we have an r93 with a 200merc efi on it and its awesome...never had a problem out of neither...cant never go wrong with any ranger anyways
