Reelfoot Crappie Report 4/6/08

Just got back from Reelfoot. Would rate the crappie fishing fair to good. 8 foot deep with minnows or jigs tipped with minnows. Talked with about 30 boats and they were averaging 10-12 fish per boat. 18-20 was the exception and 5-6 was the majority.

Could get awesome if the weather stays warm.

We ended up catching a whole lot of fish, but that's another story.


Will definitely give it a shot next year.
