Report from Guist Creek

Tried Guist Creek yesterday nary a nibble, but the weather was nice. Water was muddy with heavy stained in the backs of the creeks. Temps were 60-64 at the mouth with cooler 50-59 in the backs of creeks. Didn't see anyone catching anything either.

My brother in law fished a 26 boat tourney on Saturday and he finished 3rd. That is 3rd by process of a drawing for only 1 fish was weighed in and that one 3lb fish took all the prize money. They put the other 25 boats in a hat and had a drawing for 2nd and 3rd place. He even got his picture took for the newspaper, are you kidding me????? Maybe he should have thrown the fly????

Our club was there yesterday. 30 boats 2 fish. Got in some catsing practice!!
