Goldeneye Phase II Charger?

Help, I have a Goldeneye Phase II onboard-charger. It came out of a older boat and we are trying to re-install in a newer boat. It has three lines, the main plug in, and a single ignition wire coming out of one end. The three lines read:Main--Aux One--Aux Two. On the other end are for post to hook cables to. The top two are for 12 volt and the bottom two are for 24 volt. We are running a 24 volt system and I have no idea where to put what. any ideas?????
