cumberland help

i am staying at cumberland right now. fished all day cought one that was 10 inches. will be here till sunday. can anyone tell me what to throw or where to go. this is my 3erd time on this lake and i am putting in at cliffty creek. can use all the help i can get.

What are you fishing for?
SM should be really hungry right now very early and late. Fish well off the points with jerk baits or on the bluffs with grubs or sassy shads. Mid creek to the lower third. LM should be in the backs on spinner baits, soft plastics and buzz baits.
Stripers at night right off the banks on Slivers and buck tail jigs. Troll during the days early and late. Bottom fishing during the day should pick up a fish or two. Again, mid creek to lower third.

ben out all day fishing for bass but had a pole droped to the side with a shiner and cought my first real smallmouth on it. it was about 2 1/2lbs. i am fishing mostley for bass but will take what i can get kinda in a slump. what creeks are best to go up in. went all the way back in cliffty as far as you could go yesterday and had about a 6 lbs large mouth follow my swimm bait then i throw the kitchen sink and could not get it to bite. the water was extra clear back in there. should have went back today but i didn't. any other help will be great.

i have not ben back out yet plan on going this afternoon and night acouple spots i am going to try. hopefuly i can find some.

Head up into Wolfe creek past Alligator 1 turn right and get up in the bushes on the flats and cast chart. spinnerbaits with double willow leaf blades and clown colered jerk baits. You have to go into the bushes and cast. cast up in the bushes your bait may only be in the water a short time coming thru the bushes but it works. Caught a lot of bass there last week.
