I am heading to the river this weekend and I have read the new report. I am wondering how the river is for navigating. Also is anyone still catching any walleye. Your help would be grateful

If you go to Derbycityflyfisher.com they post the water flow rates for Cumberland every day. Its at and been at 19000 CFS. Good Fishing levels are usually under 5000 cfs or less. The problem I've found is the current will be too strong and fast to fish areas very well.
fished cumberland river Sat and caught 2 browns, 2 white bass, crappie and a skip jack. We probably had 50 fish that we seen miss the lure. All the fish were up in the creeks. Sunday we fished dale hollow and caught two spots.
