Rough River This Weekend

Going to Rough this weekend regardless of water levels. I know it's 17' high right now but the weather's going to be nice this and I've got to wet a line. Has anyone fished it lately, have a report, or know if launching a boat is even possible right now. If so which ramps are open. Thanks in advance.
