Good fishing at KY this weekend

Hey.........


Just got back from KY......Fished Thurs, Fri, Sat, and had pretty good fishing all 3 days......

Thurs, lots of dinks....caught 30+ fish, including a 7 lb catfish, and 8lb drum. Also managed 10+ keeper bass, with a 4.5 kicker. Most keepers were in the 2 lb range, with 3-4 close to 3. All fish were caught on soft plastics, off the brush....

Friday.....Again, LOTS of dinks, but topped off with a 7.3 and 4.5. LM BASS. Another 30+ fish day...........

Saturday.......Lets see........Lots of DINKS again.......and probably 10 keepers...........Big fis 3.6lb largemouth. Again 30+ fish.......

All in all.......a GOOD weekend, and probably my fishing partners BEST weekend on the ole KY.

Thanks to all who have given me ideas on fishin......

Finally.........we fished NORTH of fenton ramp, all the way up to Pisqua.........AND did pretty good...........but a little birdie told me the fishing is getting HOT south of there......

DANG, I wish I would have done that, but I'm trying to learn some of the spots north.

nice report. my buddy just left this weekend for the week. im gone a week from friday. i like to let that water warm just a little for that goooood buzzbait bite!! congrats on the 7.3
