Fished Ky yesterday

Fished on Ky lake yesterday with Elwood, Man did we have fun. We laughed and cut up all day long. There is alot to be daid about going fishing with friends just for fun. We caught close to 30 Bass with a few Smallies in the mix. We had about 7 keepers but nothing over 3 and several that were 14 7/8".

Sure had fun even if it did rain on us up until we had to go....

Well with all that BS and 30 fish you guys had a good day--WTG

I was down there Mon, Tues, and Wed. Tues was the best with 15 keepers but none over 4. Wed only had 3 keepers but we must have caught 45 shorts. We fished 1/2 day Mon and had 3 keepers with about 10 shorts. Red Eye Strike King was working Tues.

Yesterday I left but my Dad had 7 keepers. All but one were caught between 6:30 and 7:30 in the morning. The last one came about 2 in the afternoon.

What depth were you catching your fish in?

Most came from 6-12 ft of water. We missed the real early bite because we didnt get on the water until730. I fished Mon also and that was when i caught a 6-15 LM and a 4 lb Sm. Caught the S,allie at dawn and the LM on into the day

Interesting... we caught most of them in 2.5 to 5 foot. All the keepers but 3 came from that depth. When we went out in 6 to 14 feet, most all were shorts.

Just shows the fish are truely scattered and a number of patterns can catch them right now.

Woody couldnt meet me until 6:45 and by the time we got to the ramp and started fishing it was almost 7:30
