Axtel campground

I got a call today with a recorded message that axtel campground at Rough is closed until 20 june because of high water. Are they closing any others?

Did they call because you have reservations there? My dad is planning on being there this coming weekend and I wonder if he has been called.

Thanks Tom, just spoke to my dad and he hasn't recieved a call. He is going to call and find out more info and ask about other campgrounds. I appreciate the info.

On the recreation.gov website where you can make reservation, there is a note at the bottom of the page that says the campground is not closed but the swimming area is off limits till then. We have reservations at North Fork the weekend of the 7th and have not recieved any message concerning this and it says the same thing at the bottom of that page as well.
