Need help with a suggested selling price. Tax value is $8342

I keep this boat up and have it 2-3 days a month all year. It's got the original engine 2000 115 Johnson, great carpet, front and rear finders w/temps., front is a brand new Lowerance x96. I've kept up with all the cosmetic stuff; replaced seats, trailer railing and carpet and recently rebuild the lower unit. It is running fantastic. I've got a hose that needs to be replaced as I'm running into some starvation issues...but I'll have that worked out soon. You know it's always something.

I'm pretty much to the point where I don't want to sell, but I need to so I thought someone could help.

It's 18.5' long with a 6.1' beam, single side console, Trolling motor is 24 volt Minn Kota 65lb w/ new batteries in November as well. Did I mention I fish Dale Hollow all winter?
