    The Fishin. Com Website

This web-site as a whole is one of the best sites to look for fishing info, among everything else such boats for sale and tackle and so on. Here lately there has been alot of negativity on the site. I look at it everyday, now most days I dont sign in because I have no info to give. I love fishing, I fish almost every weekend and belong to a club. I really believe alot of the arguing and negativity is coming from GAS PRICES. It is every day thats all you here how oil is going up to record highs. I am not politicing at all, I'm just saying that when us anglers start talking fishing and planning a trip or a tourney. I have to be the first one to admit that I start figuring out how much its gonna cost for gas. Then the complaining starts, and you know how that is, it triggers other arguements on most things that dont mean a hill of beens. Lets try to keep this site as good as its always been.

Great point and post! We need to support each other, not tear each other down in the bad times.

Amen to that! This is Fishin.com, not politics.com. We all love to fish, so let's all try and stay friendly.

So true Livewell. It is a well know phenomenon that when times are tough we turn to the things that make us happy. So just as gas prices are keeping us from the lake, we feel the need to go fishing in the worst kind of way! We sould all be more understanding of the stress each of us is under. I just wish you would shut up about it loudmouth... Ooops that's just the price of oil talking LOL

Thanks for the replies, we all know that we are in some tuff times right now, so lets just be as nice as we can, and pray that gas prices will eventually come down.
