Sunday I'm walking in the river, looking for small mouths. Only have to drive about one mile to the river

How many are going to go fishing this weekend. How far will you be willing to drive. Will you stay over night in a motel or campsite?
I am just curious if everyone will go on long trips.
I may go to one of the local lakes but I am not going to camp or anything.
I am expecting that the local lakes will be packed as I think a lot of people may not chose to go for a long drive this holiday.
Then again I could be wrong. Part of me says to get out as this may be the last year we can do that. Who knows what next year will bring?
I hope that they make a fuel cell car that can tow my boat and give me room for my camping gear.

Went to Lake St. Clair for 2-1/2 days. $100 up and $100 back and about $50 it the boat but split it two ways.
Came back with the worse case of raw thumb on both hands. Boated over 400 smallies between the both of us in that time all between 2 and 4-1/2 pounds.
Didn't matter where you fished or what you threw. If that is not "the" hottest smallie lake in the county for numbers then it has be 2nd.
That is some great smalllie action. Got to go there sometime.
