Is the ramp open on Harrison Ave, for the Falls?

Wondering if the ramp is open or is it full of debris? Planning on fishing the hydro's in the next few days...

They've been catch a few.
I coaught a few in the duck pond 2 weeks a go, mostly small
but they were there.
