Ky Lake Cats!!!!!

My 8 yr old son and i have been having a blast the last week or so. We have been Catfishing in the canal and have really been putting the fillets in the freezer. We have been catching 10-15 in the mornings and about the same in the evenings.
We have been fishing Nightcrawlers and Leeches on slip bobbers set at 5-10 Ft just drifting through the canal. None of our fish have been huge but to an * yr old(and his dad) they have been very fun, we also get the occasional striper and sauger as well...
If any of you have the chance to get the kids out on the water they will have a blast fishing for these tasty fish....
