Good weekend at c-land

Just wanted to shre some good news.My son and I fished cumberland thur-sat nite.Thur nite little slow fri nite about 9p.m. made change from gitzit to big lizard then it was on. Smallest fish boated went 2.7lbs.if you didnt set on them first peck,the bait was in crunchers or down the throat. Believe me we retied sooo many times fri nite.Well all I can say it was one of those trips that dont happen that often but we all live for.Just wanted to share a good time thanks

Great report and glad to hear it, I'm do a trip down pretty soon if I can save up enough for gas, lol. Of course as soon as I get there they will shut down and I'll get the dreaded, ''Man, you should'a been here last week we were killing'em speech''.

Was it a point pattern or do you mind me asking??

We started on the deep side of point near rock walls.Later after boat traffic died down we moved out to"feeding flats" on top of points.Good luck on your trip hope this helps.
