need help or good mech for mercury

i have a 97 200 hp efi changed from carbuerated,engine very slow going on plane will not plane with 3 people on board.mounted on 20 ft. nitro . idle s good runs good after planed. any help or info. thanks

what did they say? I am having similiar problems with a 94 200 efi.

a little hard to start. Runs great while idling and on plane, but crawls out of the hole.

It sounds like a prop issue to me.
