I live here in TVILLE and know nothing of these ponds you are talking about... Especially none for any fishing purposes...

I've seen the different regulations for these online and in the KDFWR publication but I cannot find anything that tells where they are?
Has anyone heard of them or know where they're at or am I just chasing a ghost?

I know of one that is just past the road down to settlers trace the first turn off on your left past the settlers trace road. Park and walk over the hill the pond will be on your left. I haven't been there in years. Good Luck

There are a couple out on Briar Ridge road. I've seen them while deer hunting. Don't know if they have any fish in them though.
I forgot all about those...Are you allowed to fish them?
you can fish them. There is a pretty good one in area 8 off Briar Ridge. It is about a 1/2 mile walk back. There is also a big one on the left right next to the road but I can't remember what area number.
You might try fish and wildlife, they used to have a book of maps for these watershed lakes and all the ones that they manage.
There are fish in them and they've been stocked. I can remember exactly when, but I'm guessing 1986 or so. I made the rounds on those and jack'n tons of adolescent bass. There were always several cars parked near them for a couple years after, but I went back the following years and they gradually got over fished for bass. I'm assuming unless they got restocked...it's rough, there are probably some fish in there still. Better bring ur live bait though. The ones more off the road are better.....i.e. Briar Ridge.
