    Burnside Ramp

put in at Burnside ramp last weekend and was interested in how they created the new ramp that was in the water. The ramp looked like it was concrete block filled with aggregate rock. That way they didn't have to poor anymore concrete. I thought this would be great way to do a ramp up here in northern KY where I am at. Does anyone know what these blocks are called or where you can get them

    Re: Burnside Ramp

I was there when they placed the ramp that you are talking about.... they took a crane and placed the stripes in the lake..... all the blocks you where looking at are interlinked.... they took the crane and placed strapes on both ends of the blocks and picked it up.... it was pretty cool cause the new ramp swagged in the middle....looked to be about 50 feet long each section..... I am sure you could call the core or fish and wild life and they could give you some more info on how and where you could get some of that kinda ramping.....
