    Salmon or Halibut Dinner anyone??

I am considering sharing my bounty from Alaska with you guys.
I would do it the following way. $30.00 donation to Hunters for the Hungry, and that would get you salmon, halibut, some Alaska Mushrooms if I can find enough this week, and a drink.
HERE is the problem. I need a place to cook the food and have the event.
Would like to be able to do 100 meals if at all possible which means I would need help.
I am scheduled to be in Pulaski, NY for the Salmon run to work at Yankee Fly and Tackle, on the 9th of Sept.. so I will only have the 20th of August to the 8th of September to do this unless we wait until the first of the year. ( I may also have to go to Brazil in December..)
So does anyone know of a facility that we could use, to cook, and a cook like maybe Chef Joe or his brother who might donate some time??

Not a professional cook, but I can cook and from what I am told not too shabby of one at that. More than willing to donate my time to help you cook the meal if needed if you have it later on in the year. Most likely out of commission for anything like this until some time in mid to late October after this Friday. If you need help after this then let me know
