    Falls of The Ohio

Thinking about bank fishing at the Falls tomorrow morning. I have been there many times but have never fished it. Any suggestions? I will use artifical bait, targeting hybrids and whites. Should I fish the fast water near the dam or the slack water behind the museum. Are there any special regulations that a KY resident should be aware of when fishing this area? Any information is appreciated.

Upper gates have been closed, there is little to no water coming out.

Lots of carp, gar, and drum will be up there. You might find something else. For white bass and hybrids you're better off fishing the hydro plant area, with some moving water.
