Cataract Bass Fishing

Gonna head out there tomorrow (Late decision) anyone have any knowledge on where to start and what to throw?

dynamite. Tough lake. Assume the water is still real high. Lake is normal I like to fish the long points with carolina rigs. Had some real good days with that strategy. Several good points near the narrows, but those are probably under a lot of water.

My bad, lake is back to normal. Try buzzbaits and carolina rigs. Buzz around the SR 42 bridge.

Cataract was pretty goo to the Whiteriverbassmasters today. 71lb wieghed 3 - 5 fish sacks. The bite was on crankbaits,sharaps etc. All 23 members caught fish 4 over 3 1/2 lbs. On friday a 5 1/2 pound was caught during practice. This might be one of the best lake in indiana this fall because nobody has been able to fish it at all this year until now. FYI there are huge schools of shad and minnows everywhere, The largest I've ever seen.
