First off, you'll need a large rock. Take this rock throw it out about 15 ft or so and punch a hole in the ice. Next, take ya anything that you can cast accurately enough to land in a 6" X 6" hole and cast away.
In all seriousness, if there is no ice cover on your pond, I would work a tube or jig as slow as humanly possible! Did I mention slow....ya....SLOW! That's your ticket. In ponds, flip around cover or anything sticking up out of the water. The bass will hold tight to cover during the winter in ponds. Good luck!
