Headed down there Friday & Saturday with my 2 sons and was wondering the water conditions since all of the rain. We were hoping to catch some Walleye but never have actually fished for them there this time of year. Were definetly gonna throw a fly and jigs for smallies. I got out about daylight wed. morning and ished cumberland all day. Funny thing is it rained all the way down to the lake but never rained on the til 3 pm. but when it did man oh man, it was like the sky just opened and all the angles had 5 gal. buckets!! I left at 4 pm and the water still looked good,and had just enough color to help from spooking fish if you got to close in the jamestown area. hope this helps you out.
