I talked with them at the store last night and Mike is in Bowling Green Medical Center and is not doing very well. Those folks are good people and sponsor a Friday night tournament there at Wax on Nolin Lake. Please keep Mike and his wife in your thoughts and prayers.

Prayers being sent, I don't think I have ever been to Nolin when there wasn't a reason to stop in there either coming or going.
Everyone, I just talked to a friend of mind at Wax and they said Mike passed away last night. Please keep Debbie and his family in your prayers.
I have eaten lunch at their place many times over the last 20yrs or so. I remember when they built the new store, I installed the payphone there. I didn't know Mike personally, but have met him and his wife. they always seemed like good people and it's always a great loss when they are gone.
I heard about it this morning. That's just terrible, Mike's going to be missed he was a very good dude.
I sold Mike a ton of jigs and jig heads over the years and did business with them in the store. He was a GREAT GUY and will be missed for sure. My thoughts are with his family.
Man I hate that. Alot of times I would put in at wax just to stop in at Day's!! I guess the last time I spoke with Mike was back in December. I know my father in law always talked about Mike and I guess his dad. My thoughts and prayers are with his family!!!
