Actually he replaced it with a bust of Abraham Lincoln, Oh how unamerican. This was in the article in case you missed it (or even read it), plus it said it was a loaner from former British prime minister Tony Blair (note the word loaner)

Besides anyway what do we care what another country thinks of us anyway or at least thats what I've read on here countless times.

Don't care what France, Germany, China, England, Mexico or any place in Africa thinks. How many people are trying to get into those countries? We must not be all that bad. We can't even monitor the people who want in here for goodness sake!
Wonder what some of these countries would think if we actually took care of our own first and then sent out aid.
