    Well, how did everyone do?

How everyone do today at the lakes around the state? I was stuck in negative degree weather all day. Got to hate work.

skunked on the licking river saw two fish, one turtle and eleven turkey. Wind was so strong needed to put a skirt and a hook on the anchor to get a jig to the bottom.

Went to T-Ville yesterday morning, had to be at work at 4:00 so didn't have time to follow new advice and tried trolling for a bit around Settler's, nothing, water was muddy as it was pretty windy out there yesterday. Better than not going, will, fish somewhere else tomorrow. Off to work, good luck.

I just went to my neighors small farm pond for about 30 minutes and caught a couple small bass on a baby minus 1. Im just so happy to get out and wet a line, but it was also nice to catch a couple. Hard to fish thorough with this wind we got today. But hey Im not going to complain cuz its 75 and sunny. Hope everybody enjoyed this weather today even if they werent on the water.

Re: Well, how did everyone do?

I just returned home after fishing a windy USA Bassin' tourney at Guist Creek Lake. Once again, Guist was brutal. Out of 20+ boats, five teams weighed five fish (one each). The big bass was a little over 5 pounds. The water temp was mid 40's to exactly 50 depending on the location. What did I catch? A bunch of limbs, rocks and a 10" crappie.

I still had fun, and it was well organized.

Fished in a tournament at Guist Creek, pitched a jig, worm, threw crankbaits, spinnerbait, etc., got beat up by 35 mph winds, two hits but no fish and the boat laid down on my partner and I on our way back to the ramp..............Overall, A GREAT DAY because I was on the water doing what I love to do!

Went to Dale today, pretty day. Fishin wise NADA, nothing, zilch, zero. Not interested at all in jigs, crankbaits, or jerk baits. Pretty dissappointing considering the nice weather, just before a front. Never tried fishing for LMs or Kys, but the SMs wouldn't cooperate at all. Not a single bite.
