Optimax vs E-Tec

I saw the post last year that was about bigger motors but what about 115, any opinions

Just got a 90 Opti and starts really nice. Only thing I've heard(from a dealer) was that the Optis tend to carbon-up and one needs to use an anti-carbon additive to the fuel. May want to slide on over to bassboatcentral and see what you can figure out from the guys there. They have forums for both engines.
