Dale Hollow Wednesday

Leaving for Dale Hollow Wednesday morning @ 3:30am. "crazy"? I think not.

I started my vacation Friday @ 5:00 when I left work. Been working on some honeydo's. we all have them. Waiting for my son to start spring break. This crazy weather has caused him to forego three days of his spring break. He will just have to miss wednesday, cause the boat leaves tomorrow "early".

The first couple days look promising as far as the weather is concerned. Saturday looks like it will be sunny most of the day. Sunday cloud and rain, may be the best day. If I can't find the brown fish, I will be in search of warm water and that big green bucketmouth.

It started out with plans of 3 brothers and a few youngins' trying to crack the code of that elusive 5# smallie. But as luck would have it, my oldest brother was fishin a tourney and the steering cable on his boat broke doing about 55 mph. Thank God the motor did not turn. I'll settle for them being safe @ home. Harry / Justin, Wish you guys could make it. We'll try and keep the family name in good standing while we are crossing the eyes of whatever decides to bite.

Doug, "call me" I have not talk to you in awhile.

Been a long time coming! "Dale Hollow" AHH music to my ears. Can't wait to hear that reel sing the tune we all love.
