I went trout fishing for the first time in years. I mostly bass fish or muskie fish. Just killed a couple hours in the evening with some family and caught 30 trout. I didnt keep any I gave most away and put a few back. It was about like bluegill fishing I could see the trout in the water with my polarized glass schooled up behind current breaks and that allowed me to put my bait in front of fish every cast. I out fished most people 3-1. We used trout magnets which are jigheads and straight grubs. If I could have sharpened the hook I could have caught alot more fish. I think a light wire jighead with a bigger bite would have been better. But like I said I dont trout fish much but it was a nice way to spend 2 hours.
