Trailor Drum brakes or Disc brakes

I am getting ready to have to change my brakes and was wondering if I should change from drum brakes to disc brakes. Pros and cons would be appreciated.

I've always heard that disc is better than drum, so if your going to keep your trailer for some time I'd make the switch. I'm going to be doing mine soon. Looks to be around $300 to make the switch.
