Just got back from Hardy

My cousin and I just got back from Hardy,It was one tough day for keepers.I haven't been since last year and to my unhappy surprise they have killed every single weed in the lake.I know weeds aren't a must but as a bass man I love fishing weeds.Any way the males are on the nest in big numbers no females yet.We caught 35 to 40 fish with only 3 light 14 inchers but had a great time.

Did you catch them on beds?

Some were on but most were loosely relating to the beds but as long as you cast close they would come off to get the bait.
