Succesful day on Monroe

Went to Monroe on Wed the 13th. Caught 2 Good walleye (both 20"+) trolling along with one 6lb Flathead. The kicker of the day was catching my personal best largemouth while casting in a shallow pocket. She went 8.29lb!!! Pictures to be following soon. Overall great day on the lake despite only fishing about 6.5 hours.

Dangggg.......that's one FAT MOMMA! What was you casting and was it in on the main lake or idle side?

Wow....what a pig...congrats!!! We went to the fastside on Monroe and struggled big time! We fished Fairfax, Moore Creek, Rampcreek, Allens Creek, and Boy Scout Bay. Flipped the flooded bushes, threw lipless cranks, S.B, topwater, frogs.....basically the kitchen sink. One keeper bass, five shorts...a 9lb catfish, and a two lb walleye....go figure. Slowside looked very muddy...think it would have been better anyway??? Any suggestions would be appreciated! Thanks!
