Taylorsville Lake earlier today

I was at Taylorsville earlier today. Thought I would pass this information along. Below the dam, water temp is 61.2. Only fish I saw being caught were skipjack on jigs. Good sized ones. They put up a good fight. The water temp at Settlers Trace is 70.9. Water is good color, murky green. Heard the water is dropping about .8 feet per day. Should be back down to summer pool in a couple of days.

I went Friday and only got a couple hours in before the storms.
I couldn't get a single bite, when that water is falling they
just shut down.
