Speechless and embarrassed are exactly the words I used when this got done playing in my office. What a joke!

I'm not a CPA, nor do I aspire to be one, but I know a thing or two about business. The phrase "Off Balance Sheet Expenditure" comes up way too often in that 5 minutes. What exactly might those expenditures be?

And we're not talking about chump change here boys.
