Fished dale a couple days this weekend and ran into some good panfish but no bass. Saw HUGE bass just swimming along the back of an inlet in about 5 feet of water but they wouldn't bite.

Water temp. was around 75 up to 80 in the backs of coves and creeks.
And the water was crystal clear.
