I Brian Crawford 270-725-5380 talked to Tammy today about the classic being moved from the posted date of Oct. 3 to Oct. 11 Tammy stated this was to satisfy 20 fishermen fishing a Bfl regional. I told her what about the rest of us that had already put in to be off that week for practice or that had plans on the 11 of Oct. She said I could get a substitute to fish in my place or my partner could fish alone. I told Tammy I did not think it was right to change the date after 75% of the tournaments have already been fished. I asked her if she would refund the portion(25%) of the entry fee that is set aside for the classic fund. She told me NO!!! refunds. I told her that when she printed the forms with the date being Oct 3 for the classic and took our money, that is a legal binding contract in the state of KY. The phone went dead!!!
